    I start exercising before I get out of bed in the morning. When you’re 78, lag exercises make it a lot easier to walk to the facilities.
    Then, when playing my brain-train games, I do upper body in my chair. I have a stepper but don’t walk nearly enough. If you don’t use it, you lose it.
